    • Previously recovered DTCs before and after engine repair for oil pressure sensor. Customer requests replacement during engine replacement. Removed and replaced Oil pressure switch with access available and cleared DTCs. Test drove to verify no oil codes returned. CEL still illuminated due to incorrect fit of driver's side mirror with wrong ambient temperature sensor plug. Recommend replacing sensor connector to address CEL. Customer authorized. Removed and replaced ambient air temperature sensor and cleared DTCs.
    • Customer states vehicle is overheating and has a coolant leak. Tech pressure tested system and found coolant thermostat housing leaking. Replaced housing and pipe with new parts and cleaned area of residual fluid. Vehicle still overheating. Tech performed coolant combustion gas test and noted contamination. Engine has a cylinder head issue either cracked or leaking. Recommend engine replacement under warranty. Removed components as needed for access and removed engine assembly. Transferred necessary components. Replaced oil pressure sensor with access available. Replaced engine oil cooler filter adapter with inventory part. Installed engine replacement with new plugs, gaskets, and fluids. Verified correct fluid levels and vehicle now starts and runs with no issues. No further overheating issue present at this time.
    • Customer states right rear wheel is making noise. Tech inspected rear wheels and noted noise from rear differential. Inspected fluid and found fluid severely contaminated with metal particles. Removed rear differential cover. Removed rear pinion, gears, and bearings. Cleaned rear differential case of residual oil and metal. Replaced both rear wheel bearings and wheel seals. Replaced inner and outer pinion bearings and races. Replaced rear pinion seal. Installed new crush sleeve. Reinstalled rear differential cover and refilled to correct level of new, clean oil. Torqued wheels to spec and test drove vehicle to verify no further noises at this time.

    • Customer states vehicle has a check engine light and no symptoms. Tech recovered DTC P0157 for O2 Sensor. Tech monitored long term fuel trim readings and noted B2S2 Oxygen sensor reading 7.817 and fluctuating voltage. Fuel trim should be close to zero or a negative value. Recommend replacing B2S2 oxygen sensor, clearing codes, resetting adaptations, and reevaluating to verify repair.
    • Customer requests check windshield washer reservoir. Washer does not work and fluid drains out. Tech inspected windshield washer system and found the fluid reservoir is cracked and leaking, and the pump does not work. Tech monitored activation through scan tool and verified voltage at wiring. Recommend replacing pump and reservoir.
    • Customer requests inspect hood latch and cable. Tech inspected latch system and verified latch is okay. Tech noted the cable system is damaged and needs to be replaced as an assembly.

    • Includes testing and inspection of electrical circuits and components as needed. Connect scan tool or other test equipment to determine cause of failure. Removal of components as needed for access.
    • Customer states vehicle has a severe oil leak and requests check and advise. Tech inspected vehicle for leaks and noted oil leak coming from under the intake manifold. Authorized removal for access to trace source of leak. Removed intake manifold and found a Multiple Displacement System Solenoid leaking profusely. Other solenoids are not far behind and solenoid wiring harness is saturated with oil. Recommend replacement. Customer authorized. Removed and replaced all four solenoids and harness with OEM Mopar replacement parts. Cleaned areas of residual oil and reinstalled intake manifold with new gaskets. Performed oil change. On inspection, oil pan was saturated with oil and tech recommended a gasket replacement. Customer authorized. After MDS Solenoid replacement, tech cleaned excess oil and added dye to system. Test drove vehicle and rechecked oil pan. Tech verified no leaks appear to be coming from the oil pan and oil was residual from MDS Solenoids. Did not perform oil pan gasket replacement.
    • MULTIPLE DISPLACEMENT SYSTEM SOLENOID – Remove & Replace, ALL – V8,5.7L Eng [Includes R&R Intake Manifold]
    • On inspection, tech found water pump leaking. Recommend replacement. Customer authorized. Drained cooling system and removed water pump. Replaced with new part and cleaned area of residual fluid. Filled system to correct level of coolant and test drove to verify no further leaks at this time.
    • LOF service due. Drain and refill with new oil and replace oil filter.

    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – Normally Aspirated
    • Customer states vehicle has a lag/jerk when coming from a stop. Requests check transmission for services. Tech test drove vehicle and was unable to duplicate condition or concern. Tech inspected transmission fluid and found fluid is dirty. Recommend drain and refill service. Customer authorized. Drained fluid and refilled to correct level with new, clean Ford OEM Fluid for Dual Clutch transmission. Test drove vehicle and verified all operations performing as designed at this time.
    • AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID – Drain & Refill – Trans Mfr CD DPS6
    • Clean build-up from throttle body and idle air control motor where applicable. De-carbon intake system and combustion chambers. Add long term fuel system treatment to tank.
    • Isolate injector rail from fuel system. Chemical flush all injectors with Valvoline professional-grade injector cleaner.
    • Brake fluid dirty and contaminated. Flush brake system and fill with up to 1 Qt of new, clean brake fluid. Bleed system.

    • Customerr states vehicle has a Check Engine Light. Tech recovered DTC P0300 and P0303 for a misifre. Tech moved Cylinder 3 plug to Cylinder 2, and moved Cylinder 3 Ignition Coil to Cylinder 1. Misfire stayed at Cylinder 3. Monitored Cylinder contribution and misfire and found Cylinder 3 not within appropriate values. Swapped Cylinder 3 Injector with Cylinder 2 and misfire followed. Recommend replacing one or all fuel injectors. If only one injector, flush remaining injectors. Customer authorized only one injector replacement and fuel injector flush. Tech replaced Original Cylinder 3's fuel injector and performed Fuel Injector Flush. Cleared DTCs and test drove vehicle to verify no codes have returned at this time and misfire has gone away.
    • FUEL INJECTOR – Remove & Replace – V8 One
    • Isolate injector rail from fuel system. Chemical flush all injectors with Valvoline professional-grade injector cleaner.
    • On inspection, tech noted vehicle pulls to the right. Recommend alignment. Customer authorized. Performed Alignment under sublet through Big O Tires. Tire shop noted front tires are larger than rears.
    • Tech recommends tire replacement soon. Passenger rear tire is leaking and walls are extremely cracked. Tire shop also noted front tires are larger than rears. Customer states tires are due to be replaced anyways.

    • FOUND FRONT STRUTS LEAKING AND WORN. REPLACED WITH NEW STRUTS. FOUND SWAY BAR LINKS WORN AN MAKING NOISE AS WELL AS SWAY BAR BROKEN DUE TO RUST CORROSION. REPLACED SWAY BAR AND SWAY BAR LINKS WITH NEW ONES. TEST DROVE VEHICLE AND NO MORE NOISE AT THIS TIME. VEHICLE OPERATING AS INTENDED AT THIS TIME.

    • Inspect vehicle and note body damage and lights operations (warning, indicator, exterior, interior). Test drive vehicle and check all systems including brakes, steering, engine performance, and account for visible leaks.
    • Customer requests engine replacement due to rod knocking. Tech verified condition. Removed valve covers, intake manifold, and all other components as needed for access. Removed engine assembly from vehicle and transferred necessary components to used engine with ~40k miles recorded. Transferred original upper and lower oil pan. Replaced spark plugs. Installed used engine assembly and reassembled. Installed valve cover with new gaskets, and installed original intake manifold with new gaskets. Filled system to correct level with new, clean oil and coolant. Replaced oil filter and vehicle now starts and runs with no knocking noises and no performance issues.
    • ENGINE ASSEMBLY (COMPLETE) – Remove & Replace – V6,3.6L Eng – [Includes: R&I Engine Assembly. Transfer Fuel and Electrical Assemblies and Engine Mounts. DOES NOT include transfer of Manifolds, Valve Cover(s), Timing Cover(s), Oil Pan and/or Water Pump. NO
    • On inspection, tech's prescan recorded DTCs P0038, P0480, P0520, P0522, U110E, P1B13, U11E3, C2101-17, C1082-01, C212A-16, C212A-17, B2199-17, U0147-00, B16B7-15, C2129-17, C2128-00. After engine replacement, some codes have gone away but tech noted others remaining including DTCs for Oil Pressure Circ, etc.
    • Customer requests inspect wheel bearings. Tech found right front wheel bearing noisy – Recommend replacing both front wheel bearing and hub assemblies. Tech also noted on inspection that front brake pads are measuring at 2mm. Recommend front brakes replacement with hubs for labor overlap. Customer authorized. Removed rotors and wheel hub assemblies. Tech noted right side caliper cracked and leaking. Replaced caliper at no cost to customer. Replaced wheel hubs with new parts and replaced front brake pads and rotors. Bled brake system. Replaced locking lug nuts with regular lug nuts and torqued wheel to spec. Test drove vehicle to verify all brake operations performing correctly and no further noises from front bearings at this time.
    • Customer states wheels have special locking lug nuts and requests replacement. Tech removed locking nuts and replaced with regular ones.
    • On inspection, tech noted upper ball joints have play. Recommend replacement. Customer authorized. Removed and replaced both front upper ball joints while front wheels were removed.

    • Customer requests A/C compressor and belt replacement due to compressor not engaging. Tech verified A/C inop. Checked system charge and verified refrigerant is full but still not working. Checked power and ground to compressor and both were good. Recommend compressor replacement. Customer authorized. Evacuated A/C system and replaced failed compressor. Installed new belt while old one was removed. Replaced schrader valves, seals, and recharged system with leak detection dye to 1.1 lbs of R-134A type refrigerant. Checked system for leaks with UV light and sniffer and found no leaks at this time. A/C now blows cold.
    • Complete inspection of A/C system. Evacuate system and recharge with A/C Leak detection dye with and up to 1 Lb of R134A refrigerant.
    • A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
    • On inspection, tech found spark plugs worn and recommended replacement. Customer authorized. Removed and replaced all spark plugs with OEM brand parts. No further recommendations at this time.

    • Previously recovered DTC P015B for B1S1 Oxygen sensor and cleared codes. If DTC returned, recommended O2 sensor replacement. Verified DTC and customer authorized repair. Removed and replaced B1S1 Oxygen Sensor and cleared codes. Test drove vehicle and verified no codes returned.
