- RECOVERED 0.86LBS R134A FREON. PERFORMED VACUUM AND PRESSURE LEAK TEST. TEST PASSED. CHARGED SYSTEM TO HONDA SPECIFICATION OF 1.15LBS AND INJECTED DYE AND OIL INTO SYSTEM. PERFORMED UV AND SNIFFER LEAK TEST AFTER OPERATING HVAC FOR 20 MINUTES AND AT TIME OF TEST FOUND NO FURTHER LEAKS.
- REMOVED DEFECTIVE OLD HVAC COMPRESSOR AND REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT. PERFORMED VACUUM AND PRESSURE LEAK TEST AND FOUND NO LEAKS CURRENTLY. VERIFIED FAN OPERATION. OUTSIDE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE AT TIME OF TEST DRIVE WAS 77F AND HVAC VENT TEMPERATURE WAS 41F.
- REMOVED DASH PANELS AND HVAC SYSTEM AND REPLACED EXPANSION VALVE. TECH OBSERVED THAT DURING THIS PROCESS, THE EVAPORATOR CORE DRAIN WAS PLUGGED AND THERE WAS EVIDENCE THAT THE DRAIN HAS BEEN PLUGGED FOR SOME TIME NOT ALLOWING CONDENSATION TO DRAIN FOR PROPER COOLING. TECHNICIAN CLEARED OBSTRUCTION AND ABOUT 1/4 GALLON OF CONDENSATION DRAINED OUT.

EXTRACTED ALL 3 BROKEN HARDWARE PIECES, REPLACED MANIFOLD WITH NEW MANIFOLD AND GASKET KIT AND REPLACED ALL MOUNTING HARDWARE WITH NEW. VERIFIED REPAIR. NO MORE EXHAUST NOISE AT INITIAL COLD START.
- EXTRACTED 3 STRESS FRACTURED AND BROKEN MANIFOLD TO CYLINDER HEAR MOUNTING BOLTS. REPLACED WITH ALL NEW HARDWARE DURING MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT.
- REPLACED WORN AND SMEARING FRONT WIPER BLADES WITH NEW.

- PERFORMED COMPRESSION TEST AND FOUND ALL 8 CYLINDERS BETWEEN 150-152 PSI WHICH IS GOOD. MONITORED MISFIRES AND FOUND NO MISFIRES SHOWING ON CYLINDER 8 AT ALL. ONLY SHOWING MISFIRES ON CYLINDER #3. FOUND CYLINDER #3 SPARK PLUG IS CRACKED. ALL SPARK PLUGS NEED REPLACED.
- REPLACED ALL 8 SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES. TEST DROVE TO VERIFY PROPER OPERATION, ENGINE DOES NOT HAVE A MISFIRE AT THIS TIME.

2009 Dodge Pickup

- Tech verified customer complaint of the A/C blowing cold at first, then blowing hot. Tech connected A/C machine and recovered 0.96 Lbs of R-134A refrigerant. Tech replaced both schraeder valves and added leak detection dye to the A/C system. Tech recharged A/C system with 1.6 Lbs of R-134A refrigerant and ran A/C system. While running the A/C system, the tech noticed the low side pressure went to a vacuum and the high side pressure went below 100 psi indicating a blockage in the A/C system. Tech recommends replacing the A/C compressor, Condenser, receiver/drier and orifice tube as well as performing an A/C system flush. Customer declined repairs for the A/C this visit.
- Tech removed and replaced both radiator hoses.
- Flush entire cooling system with flush machine, Valvoline Cleaner and conditioner. Fill system to required amount with new coolant.

- Complete inspection of A/C system. Evacuate system, replace schrader valves where applicable and recharge with A/C Leak detection dye and up to 1 lb of R134A refrigerant. Recheck for leaks after charging. *Additional R134 refrigerant billed at $2 per ounce.
- Tech verified customer complaint of the A/C system not blowing cold. Tech connected A/C machine and recovered 0.52 Lbs of R-134A. Tech replaced both schraeder valves and added leak detection dye to the A/C system. Tech recharged A/C system and ran A/C for 30 minutes. Tech checked for leaks with U/V light and found no leaks at this time and A/C was blowing 35.1 Degrees. Tech turned vehicle off and used the sniffer to check for leaks and found no leaks at this time.
- Drain and refill. Replace oil filter.
- Tech removed and replaced the center support bearing for the driveline.
- REPLACED BOTH FRONT SHOCKS AND VERIFIED
- Tech performed driveline service.
- Flush entire cooling system with flush machine, Valvoline Cleaner and conditioner. Fill system to required amount with new coolant.
- Brake fluid dirty and contaminated. Flush brake system and fill with up to 1 Qt of new, clean brake fluid. Bleed system.
