    • Customer request replace Ford Emblem. Remove old emblem and install customer provided part.
    • Customer states they have a problem with 3rd row seat. Electronic stow the back seats – one side looks like it's jamming and won't move. Technicians inspected rear seat row and found driver's far rear seat catches on wall when unfolding. Technicians found seat will correct itself and finish properly unfolding if button is pressed one more time. Unfolding operation may be designed as such but if not, diagnosis requires removal of seat (2 hours) and testing and diagnosis. Customer request leave seat as is.
    • Customer just bought vehicle used and request inspection. Customer states brakes pulsate for a second when braking at high speeds. Technician inspected vehicle and found front pads at 4mm but rotors pulsating from warping. Rear brakes at 3mm and should be replaced. Recommend spark plug replacement and fuel services (3-Part + Injector Flush) based on mileage. Nail in passenger rear tire- Technician marked nail with chalk. Battery tested at 787/850 CCA's – Good. Customer authorize brake replacement for front and rear. Remove and replace both front and rear rotors and pads. Test drive and can no longer duplicate brake pulsating.
    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]

    • Previously tested fuel system for EVAP Codes and diagnosed fuel pump to have hole on the top. Customer request replacement. Remove and replace fuel pump and fuel filler neck hose with new clamps. Clear DTCs and test drive vehicle to verify repair.

    • Includes testing and inspection of electrical circuits and components as needed. Connect scan tool or other test equipment to determine cause of failure. Removal of components as needed for access. Technician recovered DTCs P0016: Crank/Cam Timing MIsaligned. P0113: Intake Air Temp Sensor High. P0300: Multiple cylinder misfire. Customer states they previously replaced water pump due to overheating condition but did not replace the timing belt. Timing belt likely old and misaligned – Recommend replacing belt and components. Remove and replace timing belt, water pump and components and re-install with new parts – Re-Installed original water pump. Filled system to correct level of coolant and clamps. Cleared DTCs and test drove vehicle. Vehicle now runs great and no DTCs returned.
    • TIMING BELT – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and recharge.]
    • Customer states vehicle previously overheated due to water pump. Inspected cooling system and found cooling fan inop. Radiator fan was wired directly to ignition power and burnt fan motor. Technician notes there may be more issues with the fan – Recommends replacing. Remove and replace engine cooling fan with new assembly. No further cooling system issues apparent at this time.
    • Inspected vehicle and found all tires low on tread and have outer wear – Recommend replacing before winter. Motor mounts shot, Rear shocks are blown out. Driver's window stuck down – Recommend replacing regulator. Driver's Low beam light is out. All wiper blades torn and need replaced.

    • Includes testing and inspection of electrical circuits and components as needed. Connect scan tool or other test equipment to determine cause of failure. Removal of components as needed for access. Technician recovered DTC P0300 – Random Misfire Detected. Monitored live engine performance with scan tool and found Cylinder #1 misfiring. Swapped Cylinder #1 coil with another cylinder and misfire did not move. Spark plugs do not look worn. Performed cylinder compression test and found Cylinder #1 testing at 90PSI, other cylinders testing good at 200 PSI. Performed leak down test on Cylinder #1 and found leakdown moving into crankcase. Technician found Tech Service Bulletin for Chevy Cruze Pistons Breaking. Technician believes piston may be cracked but teardown would be necessary to verify condition. Upon contacting dealership for warranty inquiry, manufacturers warranty expired April of 2022 at 60,009 Miles and no repairs are covered. Customer declined any further diagnosis or repairs at this time.

    • Customer states vehicle is leaking coolant. Remove thermostat housing and found intake manifold cracked and leaking, coolant crossover at front of intake leaking. Intake manifold needs replaced. Customer authorize. Remove and replace intake manifold with OEM replacement and new gaskets and thermostat. Fill system to correct level of coolant. Test drive vehicle to verify no further leaks at this time. On test drive, technician noticed ticking noise coming from driver's side exhaust manifold. Some bolts are broken – Exhaust leak.
    • Technician test drove vehicle and did not notice any abnormal steering concerns at this time. Did not find any issues with Power Steering or steering components at this time.
    • Inspected vehicle and found brake fluid dirty. Rear license plate bulb is out – Technician replaced bulb but states bulb socket is corroded and burnt. Rear differential fluid metallic and dirty. On test drive, technician heard a ticking noise coming from the driver's side exhaust manifold – Bolts are broken, Exhaust leak.

    • Test drive vehicle to verify concern. Inspected vehicle and found front axle universal joints failed and coming apart. Slight leak from front left axle seal. During inspection, technician also found front wheel hub and bearing assemblies rough and noisy. Removed front hubs and axles, differential carrier, and installed new axle seals, replaced U-joints, and re-installed carrier and axles. Installed new hub and bearing assemblies. Filled differential with new 75w-90 gear oil and test drove to verify no further abnormal noises.
    • REPLACED FRONT PINION SEAL DURING AXLE SEAL AND U-JOINT REPLACEMENT.
    • Recommend replacing fuel filter based on mileage. Customer authorize. Removed and Replaced Fuel Filter with OE filter.
    • Recommend oil change based on mileage and Transmission pan is leaking – Needs serviced. Customer did not authorize at this time.
