- Customer states vehicle is leaking coolant. Remove thermostat housing and found intake manifold cracked and leaking, coolant crossover at front of intake leaking. Intake manifold needs replaced. Customer authorize. Remove and replace intake manifold with OEM replacement and new gaskets and thermostat. Fill system to correct level of coolant. Test drive vehicle to verify no further leaks at this time. On test drive, technician noticed ticking noise coming from driver's side exhaust manifold. Some bolts are broken – Exhaust leak.
- Technician test drove vehicle and did not notice any abnormal steering concerns at this time. Did not find any issues with Power Steering or steering components at this time.
- Inspected vehicle and found brake fluid dirty. Rear license plate bulb is out – Technician replaced bulb but states bulb socket is corroded and burnt. Rear differential fluid metallic and dirty. On test drive, technician heard a ticking noise coming from the driver's side exhaust manifold – Bolts are broken, Exhaust leak.
