- ENGINE ASSEMBLY (COMPLETE) – Remove & Replace – AWD – [Includes: R&I Engine Assembly. Evac and Recharge. Transfer Fuel and Electrical Assemblies and Engine Mounts. Adjust (where applicable): Fuel mixture, idle speed and ignition timing.
- INSPECTED AND FOUND CYL 1 PISTON ROD BROKEN, CAME LOOSE FROM CRANK AND DAMAGED BLOCK. REMOVED ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED USED ENGINE LONG BLOCK ASSEMBLY. TEST DROVE AFTER INSTALLATION TO VERIFY CORRECT OPERATION AND NO ABNORMAL NOISES. ALL FLUIDS AT CORRECT LEVEL.
