- Inspect vehicle and note body damage and lights operations (warning, indicator, exterior, interior). Test drive vehicle and check all systems including brakes, steering, engine performance, and account for visible leaks.
- Engine oil and filter change. Drain engine oil and replace filter. Fill to correct level with new oil. Check and top off all fluids. Check and adjust tire pressure. Reset maintenance reminder.
- REMOVED DRIVERS SIDE EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND USED MACHINISTS STRAIGHT EDGE AND FOUND THAT THE MANIFOLD WAS WARPED CAUSING STRESS ON MOUNTING BOLTS CAUSING THEM TO SNAP OFF INSIDE CYLINDER HEAD. EXTRACTED ALL 3 BROKEN HARDWARE PIECES, REPLACED MANIFOLD WITH NEW MANIFOLD AND GASKET KIT AND REPLACED ALL MOUNTING HARDWARE WITH NEW. VERIFIED REPAIR. NO MORE EXHAUST NOISE AT INITIAL COLD START.
- EXTRACTED 3 STRESS FRACTURED AND BROKEN MANIFOLD TO CYLINDER HEAR MOUNTING BOLTS. REPLACED WITH ALL NEW HARDWARE DURING MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT.
- REPLACED WORN AND SMEARING FRONT WIPER BLADES WITH NEW.
- Brake fluid dirty and contaminated. Flushed brake system and filled with new clean fluid and bled system.
