- Customer states the vehicle's battery light and other dash lights came on and the vehicle shut down. Vehicle then had difficulty starting. Tech tested charging and starting system and found the alternator is not charging correctly at 11V and the battery tested at 21% or 430 CCAs. Recommend replacement. Customer authorized. Removed and replaced bad alternator with remanufactured unit and replaced battery with new part. Test drove vehicle and verified vehicle now starts and runs with no issues.
