- Verified concern. Found active code P0520 Engine oil pressure sensor circuit. Tested circuits from controller to sensor and found no open circuits, short to ground or short to power. Recommend replacing engine oil pressure sender and leaking oil cooler housing at the same time. Also found plugs worn and recommend replacement while intake is off. Customer authorized repair. Removed intake manifold, replaced engine oil cooler and sensor with OEM parts from MOPAR. Installed new OEM spark plugs, reinstalled intake manifold with new gaskets. Changed engine oil. Cleared code and test drove to verify repair and no codes returned, no further engine oil leaks.
- Inspect vehicle and note body damage and lights operations (warning, indicator, exterior, interior). Test drive vehicle and check all systems including brakes, steering, engine performance, and account for visible leaks.
