- Testing and Diagnosis- Includes testing and inspection of electrical circuits and components as needed. Connect scan tool or other test equipment to determine cause of failure. Removal of components as needed for access.
- PERFORMED COMPRESSION TEST AND FOUND ALL 8 CYLINDERS BETWEEN 150-152 PSI WHICH IS GOOD. MONITORED MISFIRES AND FOUND NO MISFIRES SHOWING ON CYLINDER 8 AT ALL. ONLY SHOWING MISFIRES ON CYLINDER #3. FOUND CYLINDER #3 SPARK PLUG IS CRACKED. ALL SPARK PLUGS NEED REPLACED.
- REPLACED ALL 8 SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES. TEST DROVE TO VERIFY PROPER OPERATION, ENGINE DOES NOT HAVE A MISFIRE AT THIS TIME.
