- VERIFIED FRONT PADS AT 2MM THICK AND ROTORS WARPED. AIR IN BRAKE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. REPLACED FRONT PADS AND ROTORS. PERFORMED ABS BRAKE BLEED PROCEDURE WITH SCAN TOOL AND MANUALLY BLED BRAKE SYSTEM TO REMOVE AIR. NO FURTHER PULSATION WHEN BRAKING AND BRAKE PEDAL IS FIRM.
- Customer had rear brakes replaced recently but notices brakes pulsating. Authorize replace front brakes and test drive to verify no further pulsating. If pulsating persists, check rear rotors – Rear rotors and pads good.
- Customer states they have to pump brakes – Request bleed system.
- LOF service due. Drain and refill with new oil and replace oil filter.
